The Club at Hammock Beach: When it’s time to meet, let the high tide bring you here! One of the last great meeting places in Florida, The Club at Hammock Beach is tucked away on a secluded stretch of pristine beach, amid graceful palms, white-flowered Amaryllis and hot pink Oleander.

You won’t want to leave the natural beauty of Hammock Beach once you’re settled into one of the beautifully appointed rooms overlooking the magnificent Atlantic Ocean.

Two unforgettable golf courses on property for the ultimate golf experience. The Ocean Course, a Jack Nicklaus signature design has six holes bordering the Atlantic Ocean. The Conservatory, a Tom Watson signature design features nearly 76 acres of lakes and 140 coquina shell and white sand bunkers.

Hotel cut-off date is 5:00 PM on 8/1/2998. Rooms not booked at that time will be returned to inventory and group rate may not be available.

Schedule: We’ll have registration on Sunday from 5:30 – 6:30 then gather and re-acquaint at an informal and relaxing welcome reception on one of the beautiful patios.

On Monday morning we’ll start early with a continental breakfast followed by a general session. We’ll have lunch and continue until early afternoon.

Monday evening we’ll enjoy dinner amid the luxury of the Ginn Sundancer Yacht, a 117 foot custom built yacht with full amenities and superb custom catering.

On Tuesday, it’s back to work with more business sessions and an open evening to enjoy one of several restaurants on property. You can enjoy that after dinner drink at Loggerheads Lounge or the coffee or cigar bar.

Wednesday morning is the wrap-up and adjournment by noon. You’ll be leaving with a wealth of information chosen to keep you abreast of the latest developments in the insurance industry the world surrounding you. You’ll have written materials and information you’ll want to share with others in your organization.

Transportation: The Club at Hammock Beach is located approximately 29 miles north of the Daytona airport and approximately 60 miles south of the Jacksonville airport. Car rentals are conveniently located in both airports.
