NCCI Proposing 16.5 Percent Workers' Comp Rate Cut
This is the
executive summary of the NCCI annual workers' compensation rate filing
for Florida. If approved by the Office of Insurance Regulation, the
filing will produce a 16.5 percent average rollback in workers' comp
rates. This report also contains important background information,
including Florida comp premium, how comp rates have risen or dropped

Florida market thrroughout 2007.
