These are sponsoring opportunities for the 2008 Annual Conference. These are estimated cost based on budget projections. Because we are a relatively small group, without your financial support it would be impossible for us to meet at a location such as the historic Casa Marina Resort & Beach Club. We are planning an unforgettable event for you this year and look forward to seeing you and your family in Key West.
We understand the budget constraints all of us are under and welcome co-sponsors for some of the more expensive functions at the minimums indicated.
We also welcome logo items for registration packets. Larger items (such as bags, caps/visors, cups/mugs) must be shipped directly to the hotel the week of the conference. Smaller items can be sent to the FIC office. Shipments to the hotel should be addressed as follows:
